Exchange Policy
The exchanges are available under the following conditions:
• Items purchased from our online store may be exchanged only if they are unused, unwashed, unshrunk, undamaged, and returned with the original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Exchanges are applicable for local orders only.
• For international orders, exchanges are only accepted if:
o The wrong item was delivered, or
o The product received is damaged or faulty.
• Sale / discounted items are only eligible for exchange if an incorrect or defective item is delivered.
• Exchange requests must be made within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
• Items sent for exchange without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
• Used, washed, altered, shrunk, stitched, tampered, damaged, stained, or worn items are not eligible for exchange.
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Products purchased during clearance sales (unless incorrect or faulty)
Refund Policy
Cinq Apparel does not offer cash refunds or returns once an order has been confirmed and processed.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as:
• Item is out of stock after payment
• Order cancelled by Cinq Apparel due to unavailability
Approved refunds may take 7–10 working days depending on your payment method or bank.
